Thanks for the encouragement to other runners while climbing the Satara Hills. I was one of those. Not practicing on the Hills made it tougher for me in Satara. After passing 4Kms I was almost walking the steep hills when i heard you shouting from behind “Dont Walk…Keep Running” after running for a while i again gave up and started walking again. Prompt came a shout from you “…Blue T-shirt cant you understand…Keep Running” without a thought i started running. It reminded me of the School NCC Training days 😉

Thanks for your encouragement which pushed me against those grueling hills and i managed to finish well within my target. I Hope next time when we run together i wont give you a chance to shout at me 😉

Cheers and keep Rocking.

Amazing.I could feel the blood and the sweat both in training and the race. To confront your fears head on…. wow. Pl take a bow. As Jim Rohn says…We all must face any one of the two… The pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment. You surely are in no mood of the latter. Keep it up.u r inspiration for me.
