So well said and written. This resonated so much on multiple levels.

I never realized when sports became part of my essential. My sports is part of my identity now – the drive, the discipline, the peace, the self-introspection – it gives me opportunity to explore each of these areas deeply.

And events like this lockdown actually gives us a pause to reflect on what exactly matters, what do we really need, what does really matter. We might not have asked for this lockdown, but we should take these moment to pause and reflect on this.
